The hotel offers 34 rooms, including a V.I.P. Apartment, 3 Suites, 10 Junior-Suites, 12 Standard  and 6 Economy Rooms. All rooms are individual with their color spectrum and equipped up to the world standard.

Ten "Junior Suit" category rooms are situated on the first , second and  the third floors of the hotel.
The total living space of each room is 27.0 square meters. Large windows of the rooms face the worldwide famous Deribasovskaya Street . In addition, from the windows of some third floor rooms the beautiful sea view is observed.

3 suites of this category are situated on the ground and second floors of the hotel. Large windows and spasious balconies face the world-wide famous Deribassovskaya Street . The total living space of each suite is 29.0 square meters . Two soft chairs and a magazine table give the room special coziness.  The cozy bathrooms are equipped with Jacuzzi. There is an exquisite Italian furniture in the room.

VIP-apartment is situated on the first floor of the  hotel. Large windows and a roomy balcony face the worldwide famous Deribassovskaya Street . Total living space is 49 square meters. The room's height is 4 meters. There is a lobby, a drawing room, a bedroom and two bathrooms in the suite. The 4-person accommodation is also possible. A big camp-sofa and "royal" double bed with an orthopedic mattress provide the hotel guests with absolute rest of true comfort.
