The structure of the hotel was built according to design of the architect L.N.Pavlovskaya in the 50s of XX century in Stalin Baroque style. After the reconstruction made by a modern architect Alexey Baderny, the building of the hotel reminds a luxurious palace near the sea. Today the hotel prides itself on being Odessa's ideal venue both for business and a wonderful rest and recreation.
