The hotel is a nine-storeyed  building with comfortable rooms, nice interior and good service. For business people there is  a conference hall, a business center and auditoriums for 60 participants, rooms for meeting. This hotel is ideal both for business trips and having vacation.

Banquet facilites in the hotel allow accomodate 200 people. An extensive Ukranian and Odessa menu is offered there. In stylishly decorated Hunter's Bungalo you will enjoy delicious meal and have a good time and for those who enjoy seafood there is a cozy Fish-Cafe.

Besides spacious Conference Hall there are several modern meeting rooms ideal for seminars, meetings and presentations.

In case of a late check out, the hotel will charge the client an extra fee, which is 50% of another additional  night's stay  of your booking.

Children up to 6 years of age stay free of charge.

Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival are free of charge. If a booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, it will result in a charge equivalent to the first night of your booking.
